Thanks, but I really want the clears. I suppose I should have posted that DOH! Also I have been reding that the foglights are cracking. Is this with the covers on and cracking, or are they cracking because of road debris hitting them.

Thanks
Jason

Hey QKSILVR,
The reason the foglights crack with the covers installed is because of heat buildup.
Juat drill a couple of holes in the top or bottom and that will solve the problem. I used a #45 drill bit. Just drill slow or you'll crack the cover.
I've had mine on since I picked my L( 8 months) up and they havent cracked yet.

Hey Guys

I have these light covers. To reduce the heat buildup I drilled small holes in them havent had a broken light yet.

I went to a SVT dealer yesterday to talk to them about getting a 2001 lightning.Low and behold they had a 2000 Silver Lightning with 2100 miles on it. While I was waiting for the sales rep to get the keys to take it for a test ride, I noticed it had a cracked fog light.
Man it drove nice,it was only 35-40 degrees out yesterday, and when I went to turn onto the entrance ramp to the highway about 200 yards from the dealer I punched it, with the cold tires, the rear end really broke loose, you should have seen the look on the sales mans face.Once the tires warmed it was fine, but I think I scared the hell out of him, all I could do was laugh.
