Hey Guys,
I put my dual pod on and as everyone now knows - the fit is short about 3/4" inch.
I called lo-teck and talked to a very nice man. He told me they would make good on all of our short two pods as soon as they finished the batch of three they were pouring.
I am very pleased with the response. Anyone can have problems, it what comes after the sell that shows what men are made of.

I too was told this by Lo-Tek. I still can't understand why they even wasted time with going forward with the three pod setups untill they get the two pods correct. I can't belive they made a whole new mold for the three pod, so it seems to me they risk carrying over the problem. We'll see what happens.....
