I'm looking to get one more weekend of racing in before Thanksgiving. What can you tell me about Thunder Valley.

Cool

Hi Dennis:
Friday night T&T HAS BEEN RAINED OUT, LIKE 4 WEEKS IN A ROW
Looks like this weekend too!
There is going to be a Ford vs Buick shootout the 18th of November
It is an annual event, the last i heard they were expecting over 200 Grand Nationals
That might be a good time to come up!
I'll keep you posted!
Albert

Correct me if I'm wrong, Albert, but I think its a GN vs. Mustang event. That's what "those in the know" tell me. I've been invited (which isn't a big deal) to participate in this event for 3 years running now, but late Nov. just isn't a good time for me.

Hey Wes....
I've always been told Ford vs Buick!
I went to Thunder Valley's web site to verify
It say's there! Ford vs Buick or Buick vs Ford
(one way or the other)
I was told...Any door slammer with a Ford engine, runs for Ford
Any door slammer running a Buick engine, runs for Buick
Hope you guys can make the trip!
Should be a GOOD TIME!!!

Hmmm....I thought we were through racing for the year, but maybe not. It'd be kinda fun to run some turbo Buicks. Get waxed by any with decent mods/tuning, but fun just the same. I'm in.

The Buick vs Ford link is not working. I guess we will have to call to get Saturday's schedule. I don't think I can make Friday night's test and tune.

You may not want to go Doug, all they have is 3.2 beer in Oklahoma. (I think that means you have to urinate a lot more before you get drunk.)

Oh yeah, and it's a long way back to Dallas in a golf cart.

I would definitly bring some beer with you unless you really like Budweiser flavored water, it takes time but you get used to it. Anyways, the forecast for right now is not showing any rain or snow for this weekend. Highs look like mid 40's and lows in the lower 20's.
