I was set up right in between Don and JDM. Can say...that both of them were extremely nice and professional. Don's truck pure madness! I watched him adding weight to keep his times down.....while I am taking weight off (fiberglass lid and tailgate).

And that Saleen truck was bada$$. Rob...trust me....they were trying to make it run consitant and not fast.

Hey Chad your truck is beautiful man. The Albino whipple is definatley the best looking ive seen! Awesome times on the stock longblock too! I never got to speak to you again about the hick up on the 1-2 shift you had, I saw a video from funfordevents.com on the yourway network coverage and It was that run, so I played it over and over and showed it to the guys in the shop and everyone seemed to think it was fuel wash, did you figure it out?

Jim...yezzir...figured it out! It was acting JUST like fuel wash. I added fuel and it did the same thing. I went down to Bradenton before NMRA Spring Nationals started and my tuner increased the rev limiter by 100 and cured it.

Basically...my 1-2 shift plates are starting to go and when it slipped...I momentarily hit the rev limiter. The fix my tuner did was a "band-aid" fix. Guess a new tranny is in my future

Thanks for the compliments, Jim. My long block has 89K miles on her with over 200+ passes on the track. Still holding together. BTW... I was just tickled pink I was parked between you guys and Don.

Sweet Pic Don Justice. Your Hauler & your truck are very profesional & I respect that! I'd like to see that Saleen truck one of these days. I just bought myself a Saleen S-281.
