This doesn't help explain why some of you guys were having problems with the scrolling marquee , but it might have some interesting information that you'd like anyway. Figuring I work in the computer industry, I was surfing to see if there was any report of a bug that I might be able to post up to help you guys with, but it dosn't seem to be.

According to the WebTV dev-network, you should be able to support marquee's since WebTV Classic Client v0.9:

Apprently though, there were alot of problems introduced in WebTV Plus version 2.5 (only DISHnetwork users were not upgraded, they are at 2.3):
