need more mods

Only things that I have done so far are cat back and K&N CAI. So what do you think I should do next? Oil separator, thermostat, FTVB, boost Bypass, pulleys, tuner, plugs, fuel pumps, injectors. Just wondering what are better than others. Thanks

SCT Xcal 2 or Diablo Predator (depending on your local reputable tuner) with a dyno tune session, and definitely an FTVB. Might as well toss on a 4lb lower as well. Should get you close to the 400/500 club and be high 12s capable

I aggre with birdy, get the pulley and tune and the valve body will make your truck a beast.
However, its a good idea to change to a colder heat range plugs after the pulley.
Everything else like the boost bypass and t-stat you can do very easily and cheap. You won't need fuel pumps and injectors till you start making a lot of power (450rwhp+)
Hope that helps,
Kevin

As far as the boost bypass goes, it's pretty much worthless. On the other hand I would say a 170* t-stat would be the way to go. I guess it would help out a little, but nothing major. They go as low as 160 but some have had problems w/ em. For sure get a #4 or 5 (JLP sells the 5) pulley and a dyno tune & the FTVB along w/ the Xcal2 (or the new livewire.....i think they're out now....not 100% though) & a colder heat range plug (NGK TR6) will net you one fast azz L. After that u may want to think about traction bars & perhaps a D/S safety loop. But a word of advice.....the mod bug bites hard and he costs plenty of cash so get ready to shell it out!! Have fun with your L man, I am looking forward to the day I finally get mine.

Well the boost by pass only stop the truck from dumping the boost but this only happen when you really rev the motor like bouncing off the limiter while doing a burn out. If you no you will be doing that like when you go to the track then you can just unplug it.

As for the t-stat you won't feel any performance difference but keepin that heat down is always a good thing, i would go with the 170 degree t-stat a few prople have the low temp light come on with the 160 however if you are going to get yourtruck tuned they will set your truck up not to have this light trip.

unplugging the boost bypass will prevent it from being dumped via the electrical mechanism, it can still happen via the vaccum line. I wouldnt really be worried about that anyway, If you are hitting the rev limiter during burnouts you are going to end up with a different problem. Once the truck is modded you shouldnt let it bounce off the limiter. The limiter is shutting off the fuel...Most built motors dont even have the limiter on. Unplugging the connection should do the trick, for the most part, just try to stay off the rev limiter.
