Burnout smell?

Burnout smell?

did a burnout 2 nights ago for some friends and now i have a terrible tire burn smell in my 00 lightning, i have been spraying febreze auto in there, but no help, im sure someone knows of a bettter to remove that smell.

Go to Wal-Mart in the pet section... Get a bottle of "Out" the cat stuff...
Spray on all fabric, floor, and even in the vents!!! Run the engine with the truck closed up for about 5 minutes with the air on high!!

I agree

After a day or a weekend at the track, my truck smells awesome.


Don't worry it goes away after a few days

To me It ALMOST again ALMOST smells as good as P&(*y. Get used to it.

if you don't like the smell of burnt rubber you might want check your pants for two egg like objects . . . i doubt they're down there.

i did that one night in my mustang (a 4 gear burnout) and the car smelled for the better part of a week.
