I noticed the other day that carfax can sometimes state some incorrect information. I've been looking at picking up a Lightning and purchased the Carfax unlimited subscription and decided to run a bunch of my old cars. I ran my old 1998 GMC Sierra which was sold in 2000 and it still listed it as a 1 owner vehicle. Also I ran the L that I was looking at on Carfax and it stated that it was a 2 owner vehicle, while the dealer states that it was a 1 owner local vehicle and that the previous owner was a regular customer of the dealership who had bought plenty of vehicles from them.
