Ok I have the picture online at zing
so now what do I do.
I'm one of those people that once I get somthing on my mind I have to accoplish it.
This is my goal tonight.
I will not leave my office until I do this.

Just stated in before, take the URL or the address of the picture, and put it in between these symbols and letters with no spaces.
[ I M G ] ---URL HERE--- [ / I M G ]
The URL of the picture will start out as HTTP://---etc.----
