Not sure if you guys were made aware of this. I was reading www.blueovalnews.com and came across this

guys, this IS important. I had my intercooler replaced last winter and now my second one is starting to leak (and I have only about 1000 miles left on warranty). More importantly, this seems to be happening every 15000 miles or so.
if you've had a leak and had it serviced, it probably isnt a permanent fix; you might just wind up seeing it re-occur after your warranty expires. If you had a leak in the past or have one now, please register with BON.

Don't worry about your warranty running out. If your intercooler leaks just go in and raise hell. Ask to talk to the distric Rep. They are going to be replacing intercoolers for free for a long time and they know it.

I filled out the complaint form a few days ago thanks. As far as a permanent fix goes how about the package on the 2001 L. New intercooler, new intake to go with it. This has got to be cheaper than replacing the garbage we have with the same garbgage all over again. Again and Again and Again. In the computer world its called garbage in garbage out. What do you guys think? If we can all agree we can jointly pursue FORD.
I started to fill out the form, but part way through I realized that it doesn't really apply until Ford actually replaces your intercooler. Have an appointment at the dealer next week for them to diagnose it.
