Anyone have a number that I can have my dealer call that will give all info. regarding the fix for the front end clunk?

They won't do the work because they have no information on it!

That's the number for us owners. Tell your service writer to tell the shop foreman to call the "TECH HOT LINE" and talk to Jake Doss. Now, Jake won't talk to us, and we don't have this hot line number anyway, but Jake is reputedly the Lightning Guru. In my experience, it is absolutely necessary to do your dealers homework for them while not insulting them to get the best results (intercooler leak, front-end clunk, bed alignment and fit and finish problems).
