Hey Everyone,
I took my new '00 to the track this weekend for it's maiden voyage down the 1/4. I already had the PSP filter kit and SVO throttle body from the '99 but the best I could manage was a 13.81 @ 99.29mph. Luckily my buddy BlkSVTTruck had a spare Johnny Lightning Superchip to loan me. After i installed it I went back in line and made my first chipped pass. A 13.29 @ 102.2 !!! With 950 miles on the truck !! I then made another 13.29 @ 102.9 and a 13.22 @ 103.1. My best pass came yesterday. With a 1.92 60' the truck ran a 13.15 @ 102.78!!! I'm very impressed with JL's program and he obviously knows what he's doing. I'll be going racing again this weekend and I'm bringing back that 12 second timeslip. All this before it's first oil change. Yikes !!!

I know, my '99 didn't perk up 'till about 3,000 miles. This thing will haul a$$ for sure. For reference there was a new 2000 vette at the strip on Sunday with a B&B exhaust and he was running 13.3's. I hit the 13.15 on my second pass with under a 1000 miles. This BLACK truck looks promising
