Question brushed billet grills & brushed dash kit

i searched for pics of a brushed billet grill, but couldnt find anything except polished..

does anyone have a brushed billet grill on a silver lightning? (or any colour)
anyone have any thoughts on this matter?
i dont really like polished grills, but if the brushed one looks like junk, i guess i'll have to settle for polished.

roger lemere is going to email me some pics of the brushed billet dash kit, i'll post them, if anyone wants to see...

clonetek:

You can always scuff(steel wool) a polished grill. Seems like a waste though.

Question

I've been looking for a real brush steel/stainless bash kit as well, I'd like to get it over a carbon fiber kit.

I don't believe it's plastic for that price...

I have a brushed Trenz grille set on my silver '00L. It looks really good and matches the silver very well. I don't think polished would look good since there happens to be a lack of chrome on the Lightnings. If you get a set from Trenz, test fit the lower section. My alluminum slats were different lengths and I had to trim them with a Dremel tool cause' I didn't want to wait for another grille. Otherwise they are good quality and are spaced close together.

the 4 piece kit (that you posted a pic of) is more expensive than the 2 piece kit you posted the link to. 4 piece is $213. http://www.wmsracing.com/pgi-Product...-FOFSTRK99CAFM
