Hate to bring this up again... but is there anyone left that has not gotten their GTECH? (Besides me!) Please email me @ james@jwatson.net

I'm trying to get some info on what legal action, if any, can be taken.

Thanks.

Hi, I still dont have mine either. I have given Brandon a deadline of October 30, 2000. After this point I will be starting legal proceedings. I am currently speaking with my attorney as to the extent of liability and options. For those of you who have not recieved your items and are interested in the possibility of legal recovery of your money, please email me privately - nroach@mediai.com

If any of you paid through PayPal, you can get your money back through them. You might want to check that avenue out out before going lawyer happy.

You made a purchase through an unknown individual too save yourself a few bucks. It'll probably get too you in a short while. You don't get any gaurentees with a purchase like this and small claim courts would cost more than you paid anyway. You also cannot get back court costs in a case like this, maybe 1 outta 50 times.

Glad this thread is still alive.

As for Mr. Steinert, he'll get what is coming to him.

I feel for you guys that got shafted by this loser.

Just for kicks, I did a quick search and found ten of the sites I visited, including G-tech, priced them at 139.99 + 10.00 for UPS Second day.

This bozo negotiates a "super-deal" with over 70 people and only saves us $37.29. Here is some advise sir, your negotiation skills S_U_C_K!

How many people actaully sent you their hard earned $$?
How many have you shipped??

Still no answer?

Thought so......

I actually got mine a while ago. Packaged very nice and arived when he emailed me that it was shipped.
Lets see here.
112.10 shipped vs 149.99 shipped
That is a savings of 37.89. You recieve a discount of 25.3% and you don't think that is a good deal? Then why did you get in on it? Not to make you jelous but I'm happy w/ my Gtech!
