I installed the borla catback and like it a lot, but just nothing compared to the sound of my z28. I was wondering if I installed Bassani headers and Hi flow cats if it would increase the rumble even though I have a borla exhaust and not the bassani. I been looking for good places, but truck performance is the best I seen. Anybody know of a place that sells it for cheaper? Thanks for any help

Maybe try the search thing. Quite a few posts on Bassani.

The Bassani headers are great. Don't get the cats, there is something wrong with them and Bassani is reluctant to make good on them. There cat-back is real nice also. I don't think just adding the headers is gonna give you more sound, needs the mufflers.

I might be able to help you, I have a complete Bassani kit, headers, x pipe, cats, tips, that I bought this time last year. I was intending to put it on my L but have changed my mind, I don't want to increase the sound level at all....just my preference. The kit is new, in the box, if you are interested, please contact me at bobb@usa.net so we can work out a reasonable price...otherwise I will sell these on eBay.
