I have MB Quarts in my Cobra and want to get some for my L. I don't want to have to drill holes or cut bigger holes in the doors. I am only going to do the front speakers. What size/type of MB Quarts did you go with and where did you put the cross overs? Did you have to use the big black mounting rings that they come with, or did you just install the speakers in the door?

John893 - I used PKC116 in the front and DKC116 in the rear. If I remember correctly these are 6 1/2" speakers. Mounted the cross-over inside the door. Did not use the "big black mounting rings", used speaker plates. All fits behind the door panel.

Eclipse gear in the dash and an Alpine MRV-F353 5 Channel amp providing the power.
