Ravin Z33
Kobiashi,
Are you still enjoying your Ravins? It really sounds like those are what I'll be adding next. I know it hasn't been long, but anything pop up that you don't like about them?

ralleyone -
yup, still like them.
If you're interested, I'm always out your way so I'd be happy to meet up and let you hear them and give you a test ride.
Also...I read your post about the sound system upgrade. Did you keep the stock head unit?
I'd be interested in checking that out.

Kobiashi and Fordsales,
I would love to get together and hear that bad boy. I'm worried I'm going to like the sound so much I'll rush out that day to get them. Always coming up with ways to justify mods to my wife (I almost believe them myself!).
Yes, I kept the stock deck. Its built-in amp powers the Pioneers up front. I didn't waste time with the back speakers, as you can't hear them too well anyway (read the FAQ).
The reason I did it this way is to be able to add separates up front (in the stock enclosure and a Q-Form unit in the kick panels) eventually with their own amp, and a new deck down the road, possibly an mp3 player.
Let me know when you both have some time. But Fordsales, please cover your chrome wheels with something, or I'll be forced to drive directly to Santa Ana after visiting my local Midas shop.
