Sorry this link reverts to the nhtsa search page and not the actual TSB for the lower control arm. When page loads, search for:
Year: 1999 then
Make: Ford Truck then
Model: F150 then
Type of component
Click on box and you will get a lst of TSBs. Scroll down to:

Pawn and 99SVTBolt, When I had my lightning at the dealer they looked up the TSB in Fords DATABASE and it gives them a SSM# which is a special service message number which will tell the dealer what service or fix is to be done for that particular TSB#. I was with the service manager from my dealer and watched him go into the database and get this info. they probably do not have a separate TSB # for the 2000 L because it is for the same problem as the 99 model. thanks 95rcobra.
