Front end TSB#14417

Front end TSB#14417
I was told today that the front end fix is under TSB#14417. This was released in the last week. Does anyone have any contacts to find out what it does to fix the problem. I have the star washer and my truck will clunk ever now and then. I can not keep it aligned. My source did not know what it did to fix the problem.

Not to doubt there is FINALLY a TSB, but what is your source. It makes the service writers/managers less likey to give you the Deer in headlights look when we bring it to their attention.
