one of your two (not counting reverse) should come on with parking, brake & blinker. Use that one, remove the other bulb and tape the socket up. Also when you install the clear tails, make sure you use the shorter screws that come with them new (if you get the OEM from Ford Racing) or use some washers with your stock longer screws. If you just use the long screw, it will poke several visible holes.
The grills are interchangeable.
