Well i am not sure on the egr tube bro, i took mine off along time ago, also the header are not desinged for lightning, they are for reg f150 and expy's with the 5.4. They have a different intake setup, but hey u never know, i will see if it fits though, also i finally got a new DIG cam so i will go to my friends lift to take pics from underneth. but these are the best headers i have ever installed on a lightning. Easy, quick, simple and they do not touch or rub on anything. but there are some issues with other little things. u will see in the pics
