Did anybody here go to the Smackdown II at Norwalk? Baddog?? How did it go?

 

I went. It was a blast. More cars showed than anyone expected.

I got my new personal best (13.49) on street tires, beat me a CORVETTE!! (a C4 of one sort or another) and got to run the staging lights for a while.

I only saw 4 other Ls. 98_SVT_Cobra was there, as well as two red ones, that looked brand new, and ran like stock, in the low 14s. I saw a white one as I came in, but he left early, and I never saw him run.

Man I love Norwalk. I had a problem with the new wheels and ran on the F1s, and was still getting 1.95 sec 60 fts.

Screw Milan. I'd rather make the 2 hour drive to Ohio.

Congrat's on your time Baddog! We'll have to do an early event next year at Norwalk.
