Question Dumb Overdrive Selector Question

Does anyone know if the default setting on the overdrive selector could be programmed to be "off" instead of "on"? Most of my driving is around town and I would prefer to not have to manually set the selector to "off" each time I drive the vehicle.

Don't know the answer to the question, but it is surely not a dumb one in my opinion as I would like to have the same thing done to mine. Royal pain in the ^^^ to have to keep turning it on and off.

Just buy some 4.10's then it's always off.

You'ere right, it's a dumb question.

Never turn the damn thing off!!!!
you can never hurt the truck by leaving it on, but by turning it off you can.

Think of it like a manual transmission, "okay, before I go out today, do I want to disable high gear?"
