concrete tracks????
Good, look at what a Winston Cup car can do on the concrete banking at Bristol and Dover. Of course, it has to be smooth and have a good amount of rubber worked in. Also, ambient temp doesn't affect a concrete surface as much as it does asphalt. Concrete surface should be more consistent with traction over a range of temps.
Once there is a good layer of vht and rubber down on the starting line, it's really not an issue. Most NHRA tracks have a concrete starting line pad, and some tracks are full concrete.

Earlville's Tri-State Raceway is one of only 3 ALL concrete 1/4 mile dragstrips in the U.S.. The track owners are in the concrete business. http://www.tristateraceway.com/welcome.html
Depending on the weather of course, you should be able to run your absolute best ET there at Midwest elevations. Traction is superb compared to Great Lakes daragway. I think traction at Byron was great, I pulled down several .188 60' times on DR's and several low .19's on the F1's last Sunday. Route 66 also does a great job of giving you traction on asphalt. It's just the way they treat their customers that sucks there.
