R and R Shocks ?

Okay, I just got a new set of Bilsteins. Before I tackle this job in the 20 degree weather, does anyone have any advice on the rear left shock. I`ve heard it`s tricky

Loosen the 6 bolts holding down the Bed and stuff a piece of wood between the bed and frame to hold up the bed enough to fit your hand in.

Makes it much easier.

a ratcheting box end wrench will be your best friend for that shock (no need to touch the bed at all)

I've done it both ways. Unless you have really small hands, shimming up the bed is worth the extra effort.

No need for lifting the bed, just use a ratcheting box end wrench, I just did my fronts in 20 somod degree weather last night and will be doing the rears tomorrow night.
