Tubbed 2000 black L spotted
I went to one of my towing accounts today & the guy there said he seen a tubbed out new Lightning today!! He knows what a lightning is, He was going to buy one after checking out mine. He said it was definately a L, with no tailgate, primered bed sides, & tubs in the bed! Still has the dealer tags on it. I guess someone had to do it! Lloyd

Tubbed means larger wheel wells to fit pro street tires. (15-20 inches wide!) with a narrowed rear axle. Lloyd

anyway "tubbed" means the tubbed the wheel well to put big slicks in there.
Most pro street cars are tubbed
they tub out the wheel well so they can put big 22 inch wide tires under there
