First time at track. How did I do?
Mods are as listed. Truck had 3/4 tank of gas running premium from union 76. Full interior, amps, subs, etc. Also had 300+ cds in cab. Only thing missing is the hitch I removed a while back. Mods are listed below. I will list my best run. Keep in mind that this was my first time at the track, and I made it through 3 eliminations until I finally spun through first and second gear but still ran a better time than the guy I was running. But that doesnt matter in bracket racing.

Not sure what the rest of the gang think, but that time (13.901 @ 100.45) with the indicated mods (chip, filter, and straight pipes) in good air (not sure about the 0% humidity) isn't that great. Also, yours is a '99, so I'm sure it's well broken-in.
By way of camparison, my 2000 (silver) is completely un-modded, except for the addition of a bedliner (weight) and a hitch cover (weight). I ran it a couple of weeks back at a slippery track (Tri-State Dragway), with only 1700 miles showing on the odometer (not thoroughly broken in). I cut a best 13.9X @ 98.X, with a best 60-foot of 2.00X. I also screwed up and showed up with over a half-tank of gas. Plus, I don't get the impression that I have a particulalry fast example of the breed, at least at this point.
I'm guessing that you have the potential (as indicated by the trap speed of over 100 mph, indicating some good horsepower, plus your poor 60-foot time) to easily run in the 13.4's. With those mods, you should be able to get a 60-foot in the high 1.9's, which should be worth at least a half-second at the end of the quarter compared to your pretty poor 2.183. Try softening the rear tires (I've had pretty good luck in the low-20's psi, although ther's some doubt as whether this really helps), pump up the fronts (to 45 psi or more to reduce rolling resistance), fold in your mirrors (to reduce drag), and pedal the thing a little softer off the line. Once you get it rolling, HAMMER it.
It might also help to line your tires up REALLY carefully in fresh rubber from some dragster, and avoid the water boxes. Burning out in the 'boxes with the F1's loooks good on the videotape, but accomplishes nothing but spraying your aft section down with molten rubber and lightening your wallet to the tune of about 10 bucks per second.
I really think you can run in the 13.4's, at the very least. Keep at it and let us know how it goes.

Yeah, that 60' is a little slow. I ran my brand new 00 L this weekend with 100 mi on the ODO and was getting low 2.0 short times even with the tires barking at the launch.
And like Silver pointed out, PLEASE stay out of the water. Your buddies might think it looks cool on video but the person who runs behind you will not appreciate the water you drag to the starting line in your treads. I was going around the water, doing a short rolling burnout (3 sec, max), a dryhop, and leaving at 1100 rpm. You might be trying to stall it too high. You just want to keep from shocking the tires; you don't want to be laying all over them.
Just some thoughts from a relatively seasoned racer.
Just FYI- my truck ran 8.80s 1/8 mi all night and I was bracket racing as well.
