L2 w/SuperchipsR7 just started missing?

L2 w/SuperchipsR7 just started missing?
On my 2000 L now when i go to just accellerate alittle it acts like its missing.
This is when the torque converter unlocks at
partial throttle. Any one have this happen?
I have removed the chip and reinstalled it 2 times and still the same thing. I runs normal
without the chip. So i took it out. Any help
here greatly appreciated. I think while i have the chip out i'm going to send it back to SuperChips and have the new R9 program
burnt it. Thanks-Bryce

Make sure your intercooler is not leaking - that was the first sign I had that something was amiss.

I agree with skydive. I have a similar problem and it seems intercooler related. If it wasn't such a pain, i'd pull the plugs and check for the glycol on them. I don't have a big leak (50 - 100 mL per week) but that has got to be messing with good ignition. There doesn't seem to be any problem at WOT.

Similar problem when one of my coils was going out. Miss was barely noticable with stock program, worse with psp or superchip. If no leak from intercooler, I suggest you have ford check your coils. : )
