Ugly battery terminals? Check these out.

I have recently realized two things.
1) Speed is not important in bracket racing (consistancy is).
2) I lose at least 2 tenths on reaction time to my opponents most of the time.
3) I need to start getting more serious about racing and quit having such a darn good time.
4) Most truck enthusiasts still appreciate aesthetics.
5) I can't count.

I have learned three things too
1) I am not most truck enthusiasts
2) I just wanna go faster/quicker,Winning the Brackets is just icing on the cake
3) For me function is always more important than form
3) It was so cloudy I cant see the damned things very well
3) You cant count

Yea, and why isn't a .49 lite as good as a .51 and why can I cut .49 and no .51. So here we are at car club Sunday and what is this purple plymouth with so many win sticker on the back window you can't see thru. I don't want to run this guy, wait! There's been a mistake. This guy is a pro. He doesn't belong here with us amatures. I gotta go to the john. Anything, let him run a mustang. Guess who he draws. Well, here we go, gotta cut a good lite. Ya I cut a .49 and he cuts a .51. He runs a 7.44 on a 7.43 dialin. Are you ready for this. I run an 8.68 on a 8.68 dialin. I guess the Lord decided it was time for a humility lesson. Back to the practice tree.

Hey Sixpipes,
How about some help with how your wired up to those connections. Did you put another tip on your cables then tie them in on top or did you try to cut your wires and stick them in the small hole on the side. The guys at circuit city wanted to cut some of the wires off the leads to fit in the small holes and I stopped them and came home to ask your help.
Thanks for your time,
Alvin

I have 4 connections on the positive side of the battery. I chose to match the stereo cable with the main positive terminal. The other two positive connections are for my recently installed intercooler fans. I stripped the wire off of each lead and inserted them into the two holes and secured with the set screws. It probably doesn't really matter, but it just looked a lot cleaner that way. Sorry for the late post, but I've been out of town.
