I ordered my genuwine Ford (McGard) wheel locks on April 10. Got a card from my Ford dealer Monday saying they were in. Went down yesterday and parts guy could not locate them. Called today and was told that card had been sent by mistake, locks were still on national back order. Is this any way to run a business?
