I have ordered a set of Edelbrock IAS shocks from Summit and the 2 inch drop shackles from Steeda. The Monroe Formula GP's that were on the GEN I Lightnings are no longer manufactured. That is a real shame. I had 6 of these shocks on the 1989 Ford Mustang Hardtop Coupe. I should have kept that car. They are now very hard to find (hardtop)the current shocks are inadequate. They just wallow. Unmodulation is not the scheme I want. I am looking for additional dampening without undue roughness. Steeda recommends them also.
