O well, I guess it's all relative.

On one hand when the Lord said "behold I come shortly" (we are still waiting).

On the other, I just received a note in the mail today from a company stating that the product I ordered will arrive soon, even though I received it yesterday.

I don't know what this has to do with anything except that I am bored and needed something to do.

They're to damn fussy.
When I was at their shop a couple months ago, they had the headers on their Lightning already and testing them. They got a real nice power sound, even though some people will argue that headers won't change the sound.
No idea what it takes to make new headers, ceramic coat them, and put them into large production, but wouldn't think it would take that long.
I'm just scared to see the price when they do release them.
Hey, if any of you guys ever get a chance to go to SHM's shop in Ontario, you should check out this new car they've started working on. It's an italian exotic called the qvale magusta or something like that. Wild looking machine.

Cheers

What I've read about the Qvale is your paying $20k extra to get a pretty cover wrapped around a mustang powerplant.

I couldn't wait. Ordered mine,(headers) from cfh yesterday. Don't ask how much....you don't want to know.

He said he would knock $300 off if I could get ten to buy. (we won't discuss that on this board)

I put up a post yesterday on another board and got beat up pretty bad about the price.

Oh well....it's my truck and I'll pay what I want to. Was't there a song like that. It's my party and I'll........

Like I said, it's my truck, and once I'm sold on something It's hard to change my mind.

And since you were nice about it, I'll post info and pricing on the "group buy" board and see what happens.

Careful on the ice water in the intercooler reservoir. I've read a post or two where people put in a "slush" solution and the truck ran worse. apparently it tells the ECU the vehicle is not properly warmed up and compensates with different fuel and timing mode.

tim you won't be sorry with those headers(CFH), infact you'll feel sorry when you see those that didn't buy these headers, for them anyways. these tubes are of the very highest quality, don't let them get to you just laugh inside and go on.
