Hey, Alpha, you never mentioned your price range. To be serious, buying or leasing another vehicle with insurance, gas and maintenance really going to save you that much? And, realistically with a Lightning to drive, how often are you going to drive your econo death trap?

Based on your comments, would be cheaper to eat your own food and skip the Burger King, etc.?

redlite, et al, buying a Lightning was not a rational decision. A regular f-150 would have been a lot cheaper and had a much higher tow rating, but not been near as much fun. And I paid cash for the L. and for my boat (which cost over twice as much), so I really don't have to sweat the price of a hamburger. Sure, I'd be better off financially just to drive the L., but notice how many people on this board have multiple vehicles. I probably won't get another car, but if I did it would have to be fun to drive. I wouldn't mind a Prowler at all, but don't want to spend that much, and an MR2 Spyder doesn't have enough zip- now if they'd just put the 180 h.p. motor in it, I'd be mighty tempted.

Alphadoggy if you do get another car just put a sticker on it that says "My other car/truck is a Lightning."
What about a street bike? They are fast, cheap, and get great mpg.
