Question Blackout

i put the gts smoke headlight covers, tailight covers, fog light covers on my black "L" last night. i drove to work this am in the dark. had pretty good light with the super white bulbs and the fogs on, thru the smoke covers. went past 10-15 various police officers without any problems. is it just a matter of time? or is this just an "add on" charge on my next speeding ticket? any experience with these, they really look good with the black billet grills

Well i guess it all depends on the cop, i've had mine and cops have told me they look good, other have told me that i better watch out. But if you get stoppped for speeding they will probably put it on there too. Most problems are at night though.

MRBBQMAN,

which taillight covers did you put on? I reasearched and researched and found all were stick on. I went with Lund, and not 10 days later, some punk took the driver's side cover.

I hope you got the kind that screw in, that weren't out when I got mine.

I think I might have to paint my stock taillight covers.

Tundra, they are the gts stick on/velcro, as it's all i could find, also. had one of those $50 off at carparts.com and got them free with the headlight covers.
