Hey Guys!!

I lurk back here occasionally to see how you all are doing and just wanted to say Merry Christmas and Happy New year to everyone. I do not have another L yet but I am looking for one as a daily driver / tow rig for my current toy. The times you guys are pulling are amazing!!!

Alot has happend to me over the past year including the birth of my first child in May 2006. Anyways just wanted to stop in and say hello and wish everyone a happy holidays!!

Here some pics of my son (the reason for my existance on earth) and my current "project". The Supra was built from the ground up since getting it in Jan 2005.

Bob

That Supra looks like one that Sam over at Coastal Dyno (Tampa, FL) was building not too long ago.

Same to you Bob!
I have to say this though, I am not a Supra fan AT ALL but, that has to be the nicest one I have ever seen. Very sharp car! Goodluck with it.
Wishing you and your family the best, -Mat-

mmm I spy a Euro style hood scoop and CCW wheels, What are those the Jun Racing Cam gears ?? whatd you go with for bumpsticks 264s or 272s ??. Nice Supra...I love those cars with a passion I cant describe. One day I'll own one myself but I just dont have the funds to buy a 8-13yr old car in the 30k+ range. Anyway happy holidays to you too, and cute kid.

Good eye Blown.

My passion for Supra's borders on insanity LOL, there is something about these cars that just feels right to me. I bought this car in Jan 2005 from the original owner, I bought it site unseen and had it shipped down from wisconsin to Florida and it only has 67k miles on it too. Those are unorthodox racing cam gears FYI, the hood and the wheels are spot on too. The car has HKS 272's cams, a built motor, worked head, built trans, ect ect ect. It makes low 600's to the wheels @ 27psi of boost thru an unlocked converter but I am having some boost control issues right now as its dropping 2-3psi as its approaching redline but power still goes up. It should make 650 on boost alone once I get the boost controller issue sorted out. I do have a bigger stall sitting here and a 50 shot going in it in the next week or two, it has already gone 131mph in the 1/4 on 26psi but it needs some slicks and the bottle to get the 60ft down. I am hoping to run 9.6-9.7's with it @ 140ish once its all sorted out.

SLVRLTNG -

Yes I sold my black KB'd Lightning to buy this car and I sold my Silver L to buy the black Supra I had also. I LOVE Lightnings but MKIV Supra's are in my blood for some reason. Like I said I want another L real soon, Hopefully I can find a mild bolt on Truck locally with decent miles. I am shooting for DSG this time around.

LOL Rob ~~!!

My son was born on May 7th after 24+ hours of labor. I tried to get the old lady to hold on till the 9th because that is my birthday but she refused to do 72 hours of labor.... LOL.

And yes the Supra is INSANE on 27+ psi.. scared the shift out of me the first few times I got on it under big boost.

Bob
