I saw that you installed the water temp gauge for the intercooler. You are correct. They are extremely proud of that gauge, $160.00.

My question to you is where did you end up installing the gauge. If you got a picture, would you post?

Thanks

I mounted the gauge on that plastic bracket just to the ds of center that currently is on the bottom of the dash and has a serial computer plug attached to it. I unscreed the computer plug and taped it up out of the way. The bracket thats left is plastic and easily drilled to hold the single gauge that I have. I had to drill twice because the first time I was not sufficiently forward for the back of the gauge to clear the rear lip on the bracket. I don't like the location as it is not easy to see, but it works for recording temps at the strip. It looks like I will probably move it to the hump and angle it toward the drive. I believe at home depot I can get a 2 5/8 door handle bracket that I can use as an upside down gauge mount and screw it to the floor. I don't know for sure. I don't want to hack up the dash.

Thanks for a swift response. It's getting late out your way isn't it. You ought to get to bed

Computer is in bookcase on wall. cordless mouse and long cord on keyboard. Use 17" monitor and large fonts.

That's fantastic. I just called my wife in to read your note. I want one of them too. I can set in bed and do this all night.

Get a Laptop and 802.11b wireless network card. Works like a champ.... I can sit on curb in front of the house and surf the net... If I wanted to....

Cheaper solution is logitechs cordless keyboard and mouse $75.00 http://www.logitech.com/cf/products/...verview.cfm/60

The cordless wheel mouse is the one to get. Buy lots of spare pinlite batteries if you surf a lot.
