'97 wheels on '02??
Can someone please refresh me on if wheels that were on a 97 f150 will work on a 02? Didnt the diameter of the studs change one year? Thanks for any help guys!! :santa:

They SHOULD fit. The 97-99s used the 12mm studs, and 00-up used 14mm, BUT the holes in the pre-00 rims were larger than the studs, so they fit on the 14mm studs.
The idea behind the 12mm studs with the oversize rim holes was to allow the hubcentric design to work without stud interference. I think realized that there was too much opening in the rims, so the cheapest alternative was to up the stud size to take up some of the space.
