Seat rubbing door

All of a sudden I noticed my drivers seat is running the handle on the door. It happens on the side cushion, and makes the most annoying squeaks when you move around in the seat. The worst is moving the seat forward and back its unbearably annoying as it rubs!

Seat looks fine and so does door, anyone ever had this problem in their L??!

Never had a rubbing issue with the drivers side rubbing, but my passenger side did when I took delivery of my Lightning. If I remember right, I loosened the mounting bolts and pushed the seat in toward the center, then tightened the bolts while holding it there. Took care of my issues.
I had the same problem on my 03 Cobra, passengers seat rubbed the door and squeaked. Same procedure, same results.

Yeah, there's plenty of room on the passenger side but I've loosened the driver's side and it wont scooch over any more even when holding. I guess the passenger side might need to bo moved over to make more room for the drivers side. Hmm...

There have been many a post about seat issues on the drivers side, mostly a bar in the seat rubbing thru the interior padding making it very uncomfortable on one's a**, many add padding around the seat support to solve the issue, which is what I had done, problem but for the side bolster hitting the door, it sounds like a seat needs to be repadded.

It definitely looks like the padding is stretched out towards the door more. I guess it needs repadding then, but it happened all of a sudden which is weird... Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks
