thinking about getting a new catback

i am thinking about getting a new catback for the L. i have magnaflows dual in / dual out system with the internal x-pipe. I want something meaner now. i am looking at jdm's silverbullet kit. Think this would be a good switch? just sucks that my kit has maybe 7k on it. May have to sell it and put the money down on the silverbullet kit.

I have a Bassani catback and it's a great system but I wish I had bought the Silver Bullet catback. They are much lighter and I think I would have got the deeper and louder sound that I wanted without having to buy a high flow mid pipe.

The bottom line is go for the Silver Bullets!

Catbacks

Keep the catback and put on a Magnaflow High Flow Cat mid pipe. My exhaust soiund changed a lot. Extemely healthy. JBA Shorty headers, Magnaflow midpipe and the same cat back you have.

I have the JDM system on mine and I really dislike it... I would never recommend this to anyone. I have had nothing but problems with it and it is headed for the garbage in the spring.
Go for the Bassani either BX or full stainless... that is absolutely the best buy for these trucks and has been that way since the Lightnings first came out.

AustinSVT - Nice to see another Trailblazer SS owner in here!! I just picked up a 2007 AWD to drive daily. The Lightning is still my toy though.
