May be a stuck injector, run a can of cleaner through it.

Cool

I thought a roten egg smell was from a bad evapration canister. Been wrong before, and most likely will be wrong again.

Cool

The smell of rotton eggs usually comes from hydrogen sulfid gas. An extremley poisonous
gas that at low levels smells like rotten eggs. Not sure where the sulfur would be coming from. The catalyst may be bad. Lost any coolant from your intercooler lately ?
It could contaminate the cats and smell rank.
If an injector floods the cats with raw gas , it's my understanding this will also ruin them.

Also, I'm going to pull the chip and see if that makes a difference, maybe one of those chip salesmen can give me info on that end of it
