Post Throttle Position Sensor

I was checking some sensor readings with an AutoTap Scanner and found the Throttle Position to read a max os 91.4% with the throttle wide open (engine not running, ignition on). Should I see 100 percent when this is wide open or is 91% a normal reading?

Question

HEY TX A FEW ?'S HAVE YOU EVER LOOKED AT YOUR THROTTLE BODY TO SEE IF IT INDEED OPENS 100%? I WAS CHECKING THIS OUT THIS WEEKEND AND THE ANGLE OF THE THROTTLE BLADE IS ABOUT THE SAME AS THE DOWNWARD SLOPE OF THE INTAKE DUCT. DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY OR IF OUR TB'S WERE LIKE THE OLD 5.0 THEY COULD GET 1/10 ADJUSTING TO OPEN 100% AT WOT.

HEY THIS MIGHT BE THAT 1/10 ALOT OF US ARE LOOKING FOR TO KNOCK THAT 12 SEC. WALL DOWN THIS FALL?

THERE IS A SMALL SET SCREW THAT COULD BE GROUND DOWN TO OPEN FARTHER BUT DON'T KNOW IF IT WOULD AFFECT IDLE.

White,
I was thinking the same thing. I haven't looked to see if the plate is 100% parallel to the airflow when WOT.

I know this is almost 2 years later but My TSP goes from 17% at no throttle to 91% just like yours....

With both the stock TB and with the BABOLT tb...

Normal ? - I guess ...
