If you were only as smart as you think you are, you wouldn't need to create 1000 threads and treat these forums as your personal blog..

I've organized 3 dyno tuning days(the largest 23 trucks over 2 days), participated in others, and owned 2 Lightnings and a 02 Harley. I *KNOW* what basic bolt ons do.

Now go start a thread about which underhood bulb replacement you should go with.

You're an idiot. I've offered a lot to these forums and learned a lot also. Just because we disagree on something doesn't make your opinion the right one. I don't care who you think you are. These forums are for passing information, debating things, and learning. As far as I can tell that's all that's happening here. But, I guess actually using these forums and making posts on them is a bad thing in your eyes.

Did you miss the part where I've been here since 2001? Do you need me to do the calculations on posts per day?

I dont want to get in the middle of anyones pissing contest but I do have to add something people that DONT use Sal prob DO NOT know, and it matters when comparing "his numbers".

#1 Sal gives the Owner SAE #'s NOT Std
(I ask for Std cause they sound better though )
For those that dont know, Std numbers will show A LOT more power

#2 In all the years he's been tuning and building 3 of my toys NEVER ONCE have we used Race Fuel or Prep'd the Car / Truck before the Dyno's
(amof only once I had him build me a more aggresive tune that street)

#3 NO GAMES OR TRICKS are done or used on the Dyno
(dont even think for one mili-second others dont)

Dyno #'s you see Sal's customers post are usually 100% street tunes
and they are done via the customers driving to his shop ON STD PUMP FUEL, strapping the Car or Truck down HOT and doing it. No race tunes,
no race fuel, no on the edge tunes. Been there done that over 60 times.
There's two things you can bet your last breath of air on, #1 the numbers you put down you will have 24/7 on the street cause thats the way it was dyno'd, and #2 his numbers will show lower that prob anyone else out there
because almost everyone else post Race Tune #'s AND STD #'s

That doesnt make him a God, just a great tuner and there are other great tuners. I have personally used JLP, PSP, and JDM tunes so thats all I can speak about, but each one of them has a style of their own and each one of them builds and tunes some really bad *** Lightning's. And all of them know exactly what they're doing

Boy this thread went downhill, and ditto with Rob I want none of the argument but what does this have to do with the original post? If the guy makes 380 or 420 we all know depending on the day, dyno, temps ect... that will dictate higher or lower numbers, the bottom line is it's going to be faster than stock, in my opinion more fun on the street and a reasonable priced set of mods
