Post Throttle Body Spacer Needed For Nitrous Install

Does anybody know which company makes a throttle body spacer for our trucks.

I want to install the Nitrous, but I don't want to put it through the factory rubber(dealer service issues).... I'd rather drill the spacer.

Thanks,

Since my truck is stuck in Florida, and I am here in Michigan, I dont know the dimensions. If you could plot it all out and give me some type of drawing with measurements, I will have the FoMoCo tool&die guys make a couple.
Just make everything exact! Even where you want the N2O nozzle, and NPT size (usually 1/4NPT on the nitrous nozzle).

Hi Guys.
I just have to ask this. Where is the stealth is you have a spacer? The spacer is a dead give away plus at a minimum of about .5 inch thick what will it do to the throttle cable and cruise control. Just a couple of questions that I had to ask. Could I see a photo of your setup. Just want to think about it. Thanks.

Bolt:

The idea here is to drill the spacer and not the stock parts(post MAF or rubber inlet). The spacer can be removed prior to dealer service.

TampaBay, a Logo is possible, it would have to be from a die stamp, and we got those.

Might be cheaper (and certainly more stealth, if that's important at all) to buy an extra rubber inlet tube elbow. That's what I have for my '96 Cobra.

Wes:

You're right. Sometimes the simpliest solutions are right under our noses.

Chuck:

What did Ford soak you for the hypethetical "spare part"?

I was thinking about the TB spacer for a firmer solution. Does the nozzle stay in the rubber well? Have you had any problems with it, hypethetically?

$24 included my 20-30% discount, it's fairly thick and easy to work with. holding up fine and seems to be vibration free. i check it a lot because some loose metal in that area could be "really bad". but then, i check everything on this truck a lot

Cobra:

Excellent. Do you think we could get a Ford logo on it? J/K...

I want to get the nozzle access from the bottom of the spacer(stealth). I'll run the line under the stock box and follow the existing path.

I'll pull mine out, or if somebody already has theirs out due to a ProM install it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help.
