I think thats the one where the traction is not as good as Pomona, but you get a lot of runs in. I plan to head out there when I finish setting up my 15" wheels/28" slicks (and get my full driving priveleges back).

That'd be great, Mike. Why don't you send me an e-mail so I can contact you direct without having to post to the board. And since you live in that area, have you taken your truck to the street legal Wednesday night at LACR?

Question Famoso drag strip?

Has anyone ever run their truck (or anything else) at Famoso Drag strip? It is not much further from me than Pomona or Palmdale, and it occurs to me that there might be a whole lot competition there for track time, and the elevation has got to be lower than LACR. Apparently LACR does have street legal drags on Wednesday nights. Does anyone know what they are like, and how many ones one could expect to get?
