Did a search on your Roll pan on your truck. I was curious on how much weight you thought was lost with removing the bumper? You mentioned Sir Micheal's. Is it possible to contact them directly or do I have to contact Dave at (727) 847-4268? I'm looking for ways to reduce weight and could get it painted locally.

My estimated weight reduction was 125-150lbs.(Hitch, bumper and spare-tire).
You should call Sir Michaels directly for the roll pan and corners(Part#1012679).
You will have to trim the lower tailgate supports to accomidate the roll pan.
Dave made the smooth steps for me here in Florida.
