Post Intercooler radiator...anyone know the tube inner diameter?

I got ahold of a really nice, medical grade, 10 psi rated aluminium rad core in like new conditon with a fan mounted right on it. The core is about half the overall size of the stock unit. I was thinking about putting it in series with the stock unit. There are some details that need to be known if there's even a chance of using it.

1. The interior diameter of the unit is somewhere around 5/16"
2. The fan is AC and a DC fan will have to be found. There are mounting holes for a new fan.
3. Will there be any flow issues if the inner diameter tubes of the unit are smaller than the stock unit.
4. The cap on the intercooler resivior says it's a 10 psi setup. Like the rating of the one I want to put in.
5. I was thinking about putting shut off valves on each side of the unit to bypass the rad if needed.

Any comments would be helpful. I'll try to post a pic soon. By the way, how do you post pics so the pic shows instead of the link.

Bad

Just right click on the picture and choose properties. then select and copy the address line then enter But leave out all spaces
You might want to make the picture smaller like 640x480

This is likely in the FAQ
