Price on 2001!

Price on 2001!
Well,
I received a price on my 2001 Lightning query. The price was $31,999. I assume that it was the MSRP price. I turned it down.
After seeing the pictures posted by SilverBullet, I am going to stay with my '99.
If anyone wants the name of the dealership, e-mail me at adp@ispchannel.com and I'll pass it on.

Let's just keep our 99's and 00's till the retool. I for one am still having a lot of fun in mine.
(sad note)...got beat bad by a '68 396 Chevelle yesterday. He took off from the line and just kept getting farther away.

Jacky Jones Ford made me an offer this past week of $1000 under MSRP for a 2001. Turned him down. He also said he has ordered 19 for the year with several already spoken for. I'm still waiting on driveoff.com to get their stuff straightened out. They are offering a 2000 for $27600-but I gotta have a 2001!
