Took the 99L (chip & Airaid) to Xtreme Motorsports in Miami for dyno. 357.9 rwhp & 415.6 torque. Interesting sidenote... closed the hood and lost 9 hp. Is that a message for ram air or what? Pick the L up today from Redline Automotive as they have installed US Gears 410's. It was delayed 1 day because the pinion nut was metric. I advised the supplier there was a change (thanks to this board) but evidently they know more than their customers. I'm not sure what to expect with the gears. On the last dyno run I d/c the battery and pulled the chip. There was a 20 hp drop, which is consistant with the 2/10's that the chip gave me. The chip distributor said there must be something wrong with the dyno procedure as his chip produces more than 20rwhp (?) There is a 2-4 week delay in getting the chip reflashed for the 410's ech....Who was the Ahole that said patience is a virtue???
