I installed my 2" AIM shackles today. Easy, real easy 30 min tops. Before I started, I measured from the ground up to the bottom of the wheelwell, 33.5 inches. After the installation the measurement is 32.25. So I dropped the rear 1.25 inches. I even did two looooong burnouts to see if the rear suspensiom would settle. Thats like buying a six-pack and only getting 5 beers. Six-pack? Gotta go.

 

Fast Gator - I didn't measure mine for total drop at the back but it did work out that the front and back are now the same. Which is what I was after. Maybe those five beers are 16oz instead of 12oz. Speaking of which......

 

Actually that only works out to 3 3/4 beers. Time for another trip to the liquor store.
