Post Need help quick on pinion nut

The guy at the parts desk is asking me if the pinion nut N811024-S100 is "metric" or "english" for my Precision Gear 4.10's. Anyone have a clue as to what he means. I have to order this so the installer can proceed with my gears.

Thanks

Cool

The S-100 is a standard thread nut, and the stock 3.55 ford gear is a metric thread. Buy both nuts and give them to your installer. Let him look at the threads to see if the new gears are standard or metric.
